The official language of the MeTrApp 2025 conference is English. Original and full paper of 8 to 10 pages maximum must be submitted in PDF format. Papers must be formated according to the Springer Book manuscript guidelines.

Each submission will be reviewed and only accepted papers with at least one registered authors will be published in the conference proceeding. The conference proceeding will be published in the Mechanisms and Machine Science bookseries by Springer.
